This is Route 8. The way between the Hidden Forest and the Crystal Tower. This route run parallel with the Hidden Forest to a point where a mountainous area appears. Rock climbing skills come in handy here.
Make sure to return the Rental mount before leaving the area. Chances are if you don't, the pokemon you rented will buck you off and head back anyway.
