A very large swamp that is home to the special pokemon breed, The Emerald pokemon. This swamp being the biggest area of the region, has quite a few places for teams to explore and find pokemon. If they are brave enough to travel here in the smell and get themselves dirty.
Also Legends say that somewhere in this swamp is an old shrine and if you manage to find it. You could get lucky and find an abandoned hunter pokemon that some other team decided to abandon and attempt to get it to join your team.
People travel here should beware of quicksand, deep water puddles, and believe it or not, The shrine. Yes the Shrine, As if by magic the Shrine is always moving from place to place. Which is why it is so hard to find. Some say that it's a large pokemon moving it from place to place. Others say that because of the unstable ground and water in this place, that the Shrine moves around on it's own.
